Lindsay Lohan: I Cant Afford Therapy!

La, Calif. --- She came back to the court on Thursday for any progress set of her probation stemming from her drunken driving and misdemeanor thievery cases. Attorney Shawn Chapman Holley gave Judge Stephanie Sautner an update on Lohan's court-purchased community service hrs, shoplifters alternative course and court-purchased mental counseling. Holley told a legal court that Lohan hadn't began counseling yet, because of financial issues. She stated the actress was trying to find out if she was qualified for insurance with the Screen Stars Guild and stated she couldn't afford to cover counseling by herself. Holley noted that Lohan was unable to attend free or affordable group counseling, because of privacy issues. "I'm not going group counseling on her, I would like one-on-one," Judge Sautner stated. "She needs to get involved with counseling, I am likely to offer her a 3 week period...If she does not possess the means, maybe she knows someone who might help... hire a company having a charge card who are able to help." Lohan then informed her attorney - who relayed the content towards the judge - that they would start therapy within a 3 week period. "Basically do not have proof in a 3 week period, I'll revoke probation and hang a formal hearing," the judge cautioned the actress. Earlier in the court, Judge Sautner advised Lohan not to delay her mandated community service hrs in a downtown La women's center and in the La County morgue. She cautioned the actress that her work obligations wouldn't be permitted being an excuse if she doesn't complete her needed two months price of community service within eight several weeks. " I'd rather not hear, 'Oh, I could not get it done because I had been about the set from the John Gotti movie,'" Judge Sautner stated. "Believe me, she'll be held to that particular deadline." Lohan arrives in court again on October 19 for an additional progress report. The actress, who carried a black dress and metallic silver vest, was seen smiling in the finish from the progress report.
